These terms govern the use of startkeel.com and the purchase of its services. By using the site or buying a product, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose and services

Startkeel offers financial-viability modeling and analysis tools: a free calculator and a paid financial-modeling product (price shown on the site), plus other tools in development.

2. Important notice — not financial advice

The results, models, metrics and comparisons Startkeel provides are estimates generated from the data you enter, for purely informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, accounting, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation of any specific decision. Startkeel is not a regulated entity and does not provide investment services. Results depend on the quality of the data entered and on assumptions that may not hold. Any decisions you make are your sole responsibility; consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the site and include applicable taxes where relevant. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The purchase grants access to the product acquired as described on the site.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As this is digital content and services, by completing the purchase and accessing the product immediately you request its immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (art. 103.m of Spanish RD-Leg 1/2007).

Nonetheless, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Startkeeldidn't help you, write to legal@startkeel.comwithin 14 days of purchase telling us what didn't work (so we can improve), and we'll refund the full amount.

5. License of use and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools and the generated results for your own business. The software, calculation engine, design and the Startkeel brand belong to its owner. The data you enter and the resulting model are yours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the service, nor to use it fraudulently or contrary to the law or the rights of others.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty that results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Startkeel is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or decisions made based on the use of the tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law, including the rights consumer law grants to consumers.

8. Data protection

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and the services. The version in force will be the one published on the site at the time of your use or purchase.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their EU country of residence are respected. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under the relevant regulations.
